  Lt General Sisco, USA (ret) the founder of MWSF announced July 29th that the foundation will be partnering with Quad Cities, Iowa to put on an event and concert entitled A Night to Honor OUR Heroes. The event is part of a Festival of Praise anchored by Michael W Smith (MWS) arguably the leading Christian Contemporary Christian artist of all time. MWS has been partnering the last few years on the hugely successful Freedom Concert Series along with some of the other most successful bands in the world.
