Interested in one of our 100% mortgage free homes, but have not had one in your preferred area? MWSF is proud to announce that we are now accepting Open Applications for our Homes4WoundedHeroes program! If you are a combat wounded hero, injured during the Iraq or Afghanistan conflicts, and do not currently have a mortgage, you are eligible to apply!!
We encourage you to designate up to 4 cities, within the United States, that would work for you. Applicants will still undergo our typical review process.
When a home comes available in your area, you will receive a notice via the email you provided on your application. The Open Application selection process will take longer than our typical selection process. We thank you in advance for your patience as we carefully review every application.

Who Can Apply:
1. Must be a combat wounded veteran (Purple Heart recipient preferred) or unmarried Gold Star Spouse of OEF/OIF.
2. Must be honorably retired or separated from the military. (Those with compelling situations, whom are less than 90 days from retirement or separation may be considered)
3. Must not currently have a mortgage.
How To Apply:

Applications MUST be submitted in either Microsoft Word or PDF formats. (Word format preferred) If you have filled out an application for a previous home, be sure to download the most current application to verify that you have the most updated version.
