Excellent English written, reading and verbal communication skills necessary. Prior hands-on experience with Raiser’s Edge or other donor software programs preferred. Excellent interpersonal skills required, with ability to interact at all levels in a professional manner as appropriate to the occasion or situation. Must be highly organized and flexible, with the ability to manage multiple assignments in a busy office environment. Must possess creative energy, be a self-starter, require minimal supervision, and be able to work individually and as a member of a team, balancing multiple priorities. Must be able to make sound judgments, and have excellent decision making skills. Hands-on computer skills required, including experience working with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Power Point software. Requires ability to work some evenings and week-end days as needed. Must have vehicle with required liability insurance and possess a valid driver’s license.
