MWSF joins Birdies for the Brave

This year we will be partnering with Birdies for the Brave, the PGA TOUR's primary vehicle for supporting the United States Armed Forces! We are proud to have PGA TOUR player, Ted Purdy, as our supporter on the TOUR. Birdies for the Brave raises funds and awareness, primarily through a series of nationwide charity golf tournaments. The tournaments are played on Tournament Player Courses (known as TPCs) throughout the nation. The proceeds from the Birdies for the Brave tournaments go to support 8 military charities, one of which is MWSF. General Leroy Sisco, MWSF Founder and CEO, indicated "We are so pleased to be a part of such a wonderful organization that has such big hearts to help the Heroes and their families! In addition, the game of golf means so much to many of the troops as it is such an effective way to rehabilitate from the injuries sustained in the war."
