PBR Bull “Champions Shootout” Honors Injured Warriors and Families

The Military Warriors Foundation hosted a VIP dinner and fun filled night of entertainment for 100 plus Injured Troops and their families. The evening events held June 28th, at the world famous Cowboys Dancehall had troops from Brooks Army Medical Center (BAMC), Fort Hood and Operation Homefront Village. The families were treated to an old fashioned BBQ dinner served at tables on decks built out over the rodeo arena so they could see first hand unobstructed views of the Pro Bull Riding and Cowboy Free Style Bull Fighting. The troops were honored with a special presentation during the events and then many were able to stay and see a concert and enjoy dancing and relaxation at Cowboys Dance Hall. The event was MC’ed by KJ97’s Randy Carroll who facilitated the evening events. A highlight of the evening was a 4 year scholarship to the University of Central Florida that was presented to Brittni Foster, the spouse of injured warriors Ryan Foster.
