YWCA Guest Relations Customer Service Assistant Director
Under general supervision is responsible for ensuring a great experience and positive image of the YWCA at multiple customer entry points. Is the expert on the YWCA and helps customers to access appropriate services throughout the Agency. Manages and trains front desk representatives, ensuring proper handling of receipting, customer inquiries, member accounts management across all revenue centers, and daily bank reconciliations. Aids in the design, development, marketing, and implementation of customer service guides, goals and messaging.
