At Military Warriors Support Foundation, the car donation process is easy. Our partner, Flexco Fleet Services, will pick up the donated vehicle. They will sell the donated vehicle at auction and then send you a form that will show the sale price of the donated vehicle. If you qualify for a tax deduction, the information sent will have all the information for your tax preparer to file with your tax return. Simply give the form to your tax professional for the tax year the vehicle was donated, and they will be able to advise you of the possible tax benefits of your donated car.

The Vehicles4Heroes, the vehicle donation program, receives any motor vehicles—used cars, trucks, SUVs, motorcycles, boats, ATVs, tractors, and even RVs, then these vehicles are sold at auction. It doesn’t matter if it’s an old car that isn’t working; Flexco will come and tow it. So, these donations can be in any condition---working, needs minor or major repair, wrecked, or undrivable. The vehicle donation form can be found  https://vehicles.militarywarriors.org/. You will need the make and model and the vehicle identification number (VIN) for the donated vehicle to complete the form. Once the form is received, a representative from Flexco Fleet Services will reach out.
